Hi,

I'm on GOG Galaxy 2.0.73 and:
1. my Epic Games Store (EGS) games are not showing;
2. when I launch Galaxy there's a message stuck on the bottom saying "Importing Epic...";
3. when I try to disconnect my Epic account from Settings -> Integrations and confirm, nothing happens and it doesn't get disconnected.

Anyone had this issue and found a solution?

Same problem
Add me to the list. :(
Me too; I opened a ticket with GOG support and did all the following actions, no success

-------------------------------------------
Many thanks for sending us the requested logs.

After going through them, I have managed to find the following:

2024-03-14 18:47:40.926 [Error][ (0)] [TID 30044][galaxy_client]: Failed to retrieve authData for platform epic. Reason: UnknownError, Error Error Message: Unexpected status in external accounts response [id: 724, content: , code: 400 - Bad Request]. (HTTP 400 - Bad Request)

The error code 400 tells us that the request to retreive the user data could not be completed, because the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be an error (for example, malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or incorrect request routing).

With this type of error please try the following workarounds:

1. Please add the following files to both your antivirus and firewall trusted/exception list:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClient.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClientService.exe

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\GalaxyCommunication.exe

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\GalaxyUpdater.exe

Make sure to restart GOG GALAXY after following above.

2. If you have already whitelisted GOG GALAXY files (it's important as simply disabling antivirus/firewall will not be enough, some processes may till be running in the background), some Users reported that having the "Scan secure connection" enabled in their security software was causing this issue, this option can also be called scan SSL/TLS connections - please make sure that it is disabled.

If that doesn't help, please follow the instruction below to reset network adapter's software to default:

1) Click on the Search Icon in the start menu and type CMD

2) Launch the Command Prompt by right-clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator".

3) Type “netsh winsock reset” and hit Enter.

4) Once it's completed you should see a message "Winsock reset completed successfully".

5) Restart your PC

Same here, I just claimed the free Outer Worlds game but GOG Galaxy is stuck on "importing epic" at th ebottom.
GOG Support solved it for me just now.
You need to open a ticket with the Support, because the first step to solve it is that "They" disconnect/remove the Epic integration data from your account.

Here below the complete step list, which I followed with a successful outcome.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have just now removed the integration from your GOG account as we have agreed upon (this was not done previously). With this action performed, please try making a clean install of GOG GALAXY.

First uninstall GOG GALAXY by running the unins000.exe file located in the GOG GALAXY installation folder (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY).

Then make sure that following folders are also removed:

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com

C:\Users\All Users\GOG.com

C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\Configuration

where *username* should be your Windows Account Username.

You might need to show hidden files and folders in the "Folder and search options", if you haven't done so already.

Restart your computer.

The next steps is to download the latest version of GOG GALAXY from our website and run the installation as administrator.

Please also keep in mind that the list of installed game might disappear, don't worry though, you can just import your games back by doing the following:

> Launch GOG GALAXY

> Click cog icon at the top left corner

> Select "add games & friends" > "Scan folders for GOG Games"

> Select folder where your games have been installed

One everything is synced back up, please try to reconnect your integration and see if the problem will persist. If it will, then please send us a new batch of log files to look into.
--------------------------------------------------

Hope you also can get it solved then!
update to newest version

gear/settings > sync integrations.

seems to fix the issue for the most part.

for me the issue is that it doesnt sync all my epic games ive noticed.
