The store pages of Steam and Gog are full of it lately. Are there a lot of guys out there not getting it at home and have to settle for 3rd best?

It's the way to have "porn" in your game without it being literal pornography (ie real people). After all drawn girls aren't real (though I'm sure a SJW would disagree with this).

Probably for the same reason that when I was a teen I thought playing "Strip Poker" on my Apple IIe was awesome.

I've seen maybe a couple on Steam some time ago and both failed horribly because the game portions weren't even games...and dumb story. One tried selling itself on being uncensored sex and you have to go through some hours of the game to even see one. >.> Even LewdGamer livestream thought it was boring as all hell and stopped after an hour.

And GOG... it was a surprise to see two new ones all of a sudden but that's everywhere right now? o.O


...if there's some of y'all that isn't getting something, just go to the damn livestream every weekend. Cripes. :P Good and bad games and working out a hentai night on Fridays.


Personally, seeing more adult games out in the wild and not on sketchy sites taking advantage of paying customers like DLsite is a lovely thing.

Tits or no tits I like cartoon graphics in games, unless we're talking the anime/manga shit. So, the more cartton looking games the better, as far as I'm concerned. And as for tits... well, if they're there I'm not going to complain, let's leave it at that ;)

Hmmm this reminds me of Leisure Suit Larry (Magna Cum Laude) which i did give a try some time last year, and found the whole game seemed like a total cock tease.

So i guess to answer the question...

1) Men are wired for sex
2) Lots of gamers are male
3) Sex sells (or the hint of it)
4) If you hint that you don't get sex (except through your computer and therefore are a pervert) your testicles are removed/revoked by the community at large, shunned to live in a cave and die a virgin because the US has too many shitty laws about proper sex/reproduction education.

So i say: Bring a few mindless games with titties that i can view and be in awe in, and have some story/plot as part of the game preferably only needing one hand in order to play.

Keep in mind once we have our 2-3 games, having more will have diminishing returns unless they are good and somewhat innovative. I'd personally nominate Monster Girl Quest, where there's sex galore if you want it, or if you play to win often you'll just get the story most of the time. Perfect balance of willfully losing so you see the sex and intentionally winning to continue the game/plot.

Honestly at the end of the day if you get your rocks off by access to real boobs, fake boobs, or don't have rocks at all, it doesn't matter as long as it's treated like religion (as in, you aren't forcing it on someone else).

As someone who's trying to get my sister and niece into playing some gog games together, having pronography plastered over the front page REALLY does not help in creating an environment that I want to share with friends and family.

I hope this is a one-off. If people want to play sex games, that's fine, but I don't want my 8 year old niece to see this on her first day on GOG.

Violence and sex are both awesome. Stop being a boring morality policeman and embrace your human instincts. Video games aren't real.
