so i got a refund on a game and i got it and they took it off my account but im still able to use the offline files anyone know if i should contact support about it or is it normal? cause when i launch the offline files it just says not signed in to gog galaxy or what not..

Well you are supposed to deleted the offline files. This is how drm free works they cant revoke they access to the offline files like steam does with a game license on your launcher but as you got a refund for the game you are obligated to delete the offline installers/files.

TT_TT_TT_TT: Well you are supposed to deleted the offline files.
